General Terms and Conditions of Sernitas GmbH

§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Formation of a contract, storage of the contract text

(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of contracts apply to orders placed via our online shop https://www.sernitas-hr.com .

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.

Acceptance of the offer must be in writing or text form, or by sending the ordered goods within one week. If this period expires without acceptance, the offer is deemed rejected.

(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following provisions shall apply: The consumer submits a binding offer to enter into a contract by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our online shop.

The order process consists of the following steps:

1) Select the desired service.
2) Confirm by clicking the "Add to Cart" button
. 3) Review the items in your shopping cart.
4) Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
5) Log in to the online shop after registering and entering your login details (email address and password).
6) Review and, if necessary, correct the entered data.
7) Submit your order by clicking the "Place Order" or "Buy" button .

Before submitting the order, the customer can review their information and correct any errors by clicking the "Back" button in their web browser. Alternatively, they can cancel the order process by closing the browser. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order via an automatically generated email (order confirmation). This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. Acceptance of the offer will be made in writing, electronically, or by dispatching the ordered goods within one week.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the Terms and Conditions at any time at https://www.sernitas-hr.com/agb. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account -> My Orders.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

(1) The prices quoted include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs may be added.

(2) The consumer has the option of paying by instant bank transfer, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

§4 Warranty

The statutory warranty regulations apply.

§5 Contract Language

The only language available for the contract is German.
